DOES THE PRODUCT HAVE SIZE?

Yes, we are available from size 36-40.

CAN I EXCHANGE SIZE?

Yes, we accept exchanges for incorrect sizing within 3 days of receiving your order. (Please refer to the Exchange Policy page for a more detailed information). If you are unsure about your size please do not hesitate to contact us via Line @helloyubi and we will be happy to assist.

I WOULD LIKE TO ORDER SOLD OUT ITEMS. IS IT POSSIBLE?

You can Line us at @helloyubi and tell us the item you are after. Our customer service will be happy to assist possibilities of pre ordering the items requested.

CAN I ADD ITEMS AFTER CHECKING OUT?

Unfortunately you can't, because once you checked out your order is recorded. If you want to add new items, kindly make a new order.


WHY ARE MY ORDER CANCELLED?

Maximum payment for an order is 1x24 hour after order have been placed. If payment has not been completed after the time limit, the order will be canceled automatically.


WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO IF I HAVE COMPLETED THE PAYMENT BUT FORGOT TO CONFIRM OVER THE TIME LIMIT?

No, unfortunately we only accept bank transfer.
